Shipping & Returns
All orders for items that are in stock in our warehouse are dispatched within 3 working days.
For Power Tools orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to the email address that your account is registered with.
All deliveries are made from the United Kingdom. We deliver goods worldwide. The approximate time of shipment to all European countries is 3-5 days, shipping time to non European countries is checked individually on request.
What if I haven’t received my order?
In the first instance, please check to see if you if you have received a dispatch notification from us (some times these can go into your junk folder). If you have, please check the tracking number provided to see your scheduled delivery.
You can also find the tracking information for you orders on the ‘My Account’ section on the store.
If your tracking number is showing that your items have been delivered but you do not have them, please contact us so that we can investigate this for you.
Please be aware that if your goods are returned due to incorrect address details or not being claimed at your local mail depot, you may be charged to have them reshipped.
If you have not received a dispatch notification from us and it has exceeded the timeframes outlined above, feel free to contact us for an update on your order.
What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund or exchange (if due to our error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and returns notification will be provided to you by email).
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged:
No problem. Just contact us within 30 days of the item's original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind:
We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund.

Can I just exchange my items for new ones?
At this time, we do not process even exchanges. If you need a different size or colour of an item you ordered, when your return is received, you will be refunded for the amount of the item.
